Simple Installation Steps (All Models)
- Position the saddle around the clean PVC pipe in your desired location.
- Securely fasten it using the included bolts (tighten evenly for a firm grip).
- Drill through the opening in the threaded port to access the pipe interior (use appropriate drill bit size).
- Apply sealing (e.g., PTFE tape or gasket) and screw in your electrode holder, injection valve, or compatible Aqua Master electrode.
- Test for leaks and ensure proper alignment before full system pressurisation.
Important Notes
- Select the correct saddle for your exact pipe diameter (40 mm or 50 mm) — saddles are not interchangeable between sizes.
- The 3/4″ versions are exclusively for Aqua Master Tools inline electrodes with 3/4″ male threads — not compatible with other fittings or sensors.
- Always follow manufacturer guidelines for drilling and sealing to maintain system integrity and pressure ratings.
